Account Manager – Digital Twin Solutions for Utilities

About the role

This position is based in Ireland and focuses on post‑sale success for enterprise utility customers. You will be the primary liaison helping customers adopt and expand cutting‑edge digital twin technology that improves the resilience and reliability of power networks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full post‑sale customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through adoption, renewal and expansion.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor, embedding digital twin, AI and physics‑based models into grid analysis, risk assessment and investment planning.
• Translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable insights for senior executives and operational teams.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across utility organisations.
• Collaborate with sales, deployment and product teams to align customer needs with product roadmap and feature prioritisation.
• Monitor customer health metrics, identify adoption opportunities and drive net revenue retention.
• Represent regional customers internally, feeding market insights back to improve product fit and success outcomes.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Consulting or similar client‑facing enterprise roles.
• Background in utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering SaaS or other highly technical industries is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Romanian and professional English communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage both technical stakeholders (engineers, analysts) and senior executives.
• Willingness to travel 20‑40% for customer engagement.
