About the role

Salesforce is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead its French‑speaking market from Dublin. The role will build and scale a high‑velocity team of Business Development Representatives, turning prospecting into a robust sales pipeline and preparing future Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard and mentor a diverse team of BDRs focused on the French territory.
  • Design and execute sales strategies to penetrate the French market and generate high‑value pipeline.
  • Set monthly targets, create incentive programmes and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing and Operations to optimise campaign follow‑ups and processes.
  • Track, analyse and report on lead quality, quantity and revenue impact to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Full fluency in French and English.
  • Consistent record of exceeding quotas in software sales, preferably CRM or enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching or managing a sales team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for diversity and inclusion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural, high‑growth environment.
