Business Development or Recruitment Consultant – Join Us

About the role

Access is seeking energetic individuals to join its fast‑growing team in Dublin. You can choose between a Business Development role focused on expanding the client portfolio or a Recruitment Consultant role dedicated to matching talent with opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive commercial growth (Business Development).
• Identify market opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
• Source, screen and place candidates with client organisations (Recruitment Consultant).
• Manage candidate registrations and guide them through the hiring process.
• Collaborate with internal coaches and mentors to achieve targets.
