Casual Academic Tutor – Integrated First Year Business Courses

About the role

UNSW Business School is seeking enthusiastic casual academics to join the Integrated First Year (IFY) teaching team. You will support the redesigned Bachelor of Commerce by delivering tutorials, workshops and online sessions that integrate contemporary business themes across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face, hybrid and online tutorials and workshops for first‑year business courses.
• Collaborate with colleagues from multiple disciplines to create integrated, innovative learning experiences.
• Complete associated administrative tasks such as marking, feedback and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, teaching or facilitating higher‑education learning.
• Strong enthusiasm for helping students progress in their academic and career journeys.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments.
• Legal right to work in Australia and an Australian bank account.
