About the role

The Chief Pharmacist – Dispensary Service Manager leads the provision of pharmaceutical services to patients, ensuring alignment with the mission and ethos of the Pharmacy Department and the hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Source, acquire, purchase, store, formulate, compound and distribute all drugs and medicines used in the hospital.
• Advise clinical teams on the safe, effective and rational use of medicines.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in pharmacy operations.
• Contribute to improving the quality of life for patients under hospital care.

• Qualified pharmacist with extensive experience in hospital pharmacy operations.
• Proven leadership ability to manage a dispensary service.
