Civil Site Manager – Residential Infrastructure (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a major residential infrastructure project in Southeast Dublin. The role involves overseeing all civil works, ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery while coordinating a diverse range of subcontractors and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations for residential civil works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and material deliveries.
• Ensure works are carried out safely, on schedule and to specification.
• Maintain site documentation, reporting and liaison with project management, engineering and commercial teams.
• Drive quality standards and programme delivery across roads, drainage, utilities and groundworks packages.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Civil Site Manager on residential infrastructure or housing developments.
• Strong background in roads, drainage, utilities and groundworks.
• Excellent site coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site management certifications.
• Ability to start at short notice is preferred.
