About the role
The Clinical Diagnostics Training & Support role is based in the Republic of Ireland/Northern Ireland and focuses on delivering high‑quality training and technical support for diagnostic equipment across public and private hospitals. You will work closely with the Clinical Diagnostics Manager and the sales team to ensure customers are confident and competent using our products.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training and product demonstrations to a wide range of health professionals.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Diagnostics Manager to plan and execute training projects on schedule.
- Provide sales coverage for hospitals in Dublin, Cork, Galway and other regions.
- Support the sales team with customer development and short‑term strategic objectives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training competency records, audit documentation and project files.
- Initiate technical or manufacturing support when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Nursing discipline (Master’s beneficial).
- Approximately 1 year of training/support experience in the clinical diagnostics or hospital sector.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time‑management and prioritisation.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours during busy periods.
