Commercial Director – Out of Home FMCG (Europe)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to lead the Total Out‑of‑Home channel strategy across Europe for a global FMCG drinks business. Based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, you will partner with multi‑market customers, drive ambitious growth plans and champion a transformational agenda covering talent, digitalisation, portfolio, marketing and route‑to‑market excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Europe Out‑of‑Home commercial strategy.
• Lead multi‑market customer partnerships through distributor networks.
• Deliver growth targets and unlock new opportunities across out‑of‑home channels.
• Drive transformation initiatives in talent development, digitalisation, portfolio management and route‑to‑market.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with global and local teams to accelerate performance.

Required profile

• Strong background in the drinks sector with proven Out‑of‑Home channel experience.
• Demonstrated ability to shape commercial strategy and lead large‑scale initiatives.
• Broad commercial leadership across multiple channels, accountable for growth and business performance.
• Global mindset with experience operating in diverse international markets.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
