Construction Contracts Manager – Wexford

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join a leading Tier 1 construction organisation operating across Ireland and the EU. Based in Wexford (commutable from Dublin), you will lead a diverse portfolio of projects spanning data centres, healthcare, commercial, education, infrastructure and public sector work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Support project teams to achieve delivery objectives and programme milestones.
• Monitor project performance, progress and overall schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams and supply‑chain partners.
• Contribute to business growth through tendering and pre‑construction activities.
• Mentor and develop project team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience at Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager level within construction.
• Previous main‑contractor experience preferred.
• Build‑stage experience preferred.
• Ability to commute to Wexford.
