Construction Project Manager (Limerick/Clare)

About the role

This is a full‑time permanent position managing construction projects across Limerick and Clare. You will oversee each project from the pre‑construction phase through to final hand‑over, working for a growing contractor known for high‑quality delivery in the Midwest region of Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from initial planning to completion.
• Review drawings and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, subcontractors and on‑site teams.
• Coordinate daily on‑site activities to maintain smooth progress.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Monitor schedules, costs and overall project performance.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, on time and to high standards.
• Maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Project Manager role within Ireland or the EU.
• Degree in Construction Management or a related construction discipline.
• Residency in the Limerick/Clare area and own transport with a valid driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and experience with construction/project management software.
