Corporate Lawyer – Senior Associate

About the role

William Fry LLP is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join its Corporate team in Ireland. The role is a full‑time permanent position at the Senior Associate or Associate level, working on sophisticated cross‑border transactions and advisory work for leading Irish and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and lead on complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.
• Provide legal advice to domestic and international corporations, financial institutions and public sector bodies.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with Irish and EU regulations.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other practice areas to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of post‑qualification experience in a large, medium or boutique law firm.
• Strong technical and drafting abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven track record of excellent client service and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible work ethic and willingness to adapt to client needs.
