Corporate Security Officer – Dublin 4

Key responsibilities

• Manage access control, including issuing and removing badges, and preventing unauthorised entry.
• Monitor alarms, CCTV systems and fire control panels, responding promptly to incidents.
• Escort visitors and vendors, provide customer service to employees and guests.
• Conduct regular patrols, checks and incident reporting, including health & safety matters.
• Support the reception team after hours and assist at events or functions.
• Maintain key and asset registers, and ensure loss prevention measures are followed.

Required profile

• Reliable and professional demeanor with a focus on safety and service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and Sundays, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Ability to follow published procedures, policies and performance indicators.
• Good communication skills for interacting with staff, visitors and team members.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Lenel access control system.
• Familiarity with RightCrowd platform.
• Understanding of fire control system operation.
• Experience with CCTV monitoring.
