Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the development of high‑converting, performance‑driven assets for our direct‑to‑consumer supplements brand. You will work closely with the marketing team to shape the brand’s digital presence and drive customer acquisition across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a repeatable research system covering ads, customer reviews, VOC, competitors, forums, market trends and pain points.
• Organise insights into a structured, queryable format to generate creative ideas quickly.
• Develop and document creative briefs, hooks and testable hypotheses from research inputs.
• Design and execute a high‑velocity creative testing framework across hooks, angles, formats, personas, funnel stages and SKUs.
• Analyse performance data to identify winners, losers, fatigue and scaling potential, linking results to business metrics such as CAC, MER and LTV.
• Scale winning concepts across new formats, channels, geographies and products while maintaining clear documentation of tests and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating performance‑driven creative assets for DTC brands, preferably in health or wellness.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate research into actionable creative strategies.
• Comfortable working with a primarily female audience aged 35‑65 and focusing on customer acquisition.
