Key responsibilities

• Put the customer first and provide friendly, proactive service.
• Maintain product availability and handle items with care to preserve quality.
• Keep the shop floor and back areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Follow department routines, company policies and health & safety procedures.
• Support colleagues in other departments when needed.

• Reliable, punctual and able to follow verbal or written instructions.
• Adaptable and resilient to changing business demands.
• Able to prioritize tasks to benefit customers and the team.
