About the role
Join a leading retail brand and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers. As a Customer Assistant you will be the friendly face of the store, ensuring product availability and a clean environment while supporting your team.
Key responsibilities
- Put the customer first and provide friendly, proactive service.
- Maintain product availability and handle items with care to preserve quality.
- Keep the shop floor and back areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Follow department routines, company policies and health & safety procedures.
- Support colleagues in other departments when needed.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about delivering natural, proactive customer service.
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow verbal or written instructions.
- Adaptable and resilient to changing business demands.
- Able to prioritize tasks to benefit customers and the team.
