Customer Service Agent – Dublin Airport

About the role

Ryanair is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join its Ground Operations team at Dublin Airport. This full‑time, shift‑based position involves supporting passengers and ensuring flights depart on time, with comprehensive classroom and practical training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers at check‑in and bag‑drop areas.
• Process baggage and handle reservations and ticketing.
• Board flights and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
• Provide passenger assistance, resolve complaints and perform other duties as assigned.
• Help turn Ryanair flights around within the 25‑minute target.

Required profile

• Unrestricted right to live and work full‑time in the EU.
• Ability to pass a 5‑year security background check (full address, employment, education history and references).
• Previous customer‑facing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Compliance with Ryanair’s grooming policy (hair, makeup, tattoos, piercings, uniform).
• Willingness to work a shift roster (earliest start 2:30 am, latest finish 10:30 pm).

What we offer

• Salary up to €31,000 per year (includes performance‑related bonus) with increase to €32,000 after 12 months.
