Customer Service Assistant – Retail (Greenhills, Tallaght)

About the role

You will deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment, supporting the Shop Manager and team to keep the store running smoothly. The role includes opening and closing the shop, handling cash and bets, and promoting the brand’s multi‑channel offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations.
• Open and close the shop, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Manage cash, accept and process bets via betting terminals and the EPOS system.
• Maintain high shop presentation standards and compliance with safety and social responsibility policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to in‑shop and online products.
• Step in to lead the shop in the absence of senior managers, providing guidance to the team.

Required profile

• Customer‑service oriented with strong trust and integrity.
• Flexible to work 7 days a week and adapt to a retail environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, numeracy and cash‑handling skills.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in sports and betting, with a drive to progress within the company.
