Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will join KennCo Insurance's customer service department, handling direct interactions with policyholders. You will answer queries on policies, renewals, mid‑term adjustments and other insurance‑related questions, gaining experience in customer service, retention and policy administration.

Key responsibilities

• Work across all personal lines sections, including renewals, mid‑term adjustments and after‑sales enquiries.
• Build rapport with customers and strive to meet renewal retention targets.
• Maintain accurate data in the Relay system and ensure all customer requests are handled efficiently.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and process administrative duties with precision.

Required profile

• Minimum APA qualification and prior insurance experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks.
• Self‑motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear and proficient communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Relay system (advantageous).
