Day Shift Security Officer – Dublin 9

About the role

Securitas is looking for Customer Service Security Officers to work day shifts at a large retail site in Dublin 9. You will help protect the client’s property, people and assets while delivering a professional, customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide security coverage in line with the site’s Assignment Instructions (AIs).
• Complete all required training and stay up‑to‑date with any changes to procedures.
• Identify and report health and safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain vigilance, respond to potential threats, and de‑escalate situations.
• Document incidents accurately in a notebook for later reporting.
• Wear the provided uniform correctly and maintain high personal grooming standards.

Required profile

• Willingness to complete all site‑specific training.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to updates.
• Proactive attitude toward safety and service improvement.
• Strong observational skills and common‑sense decision making.

• €15.41 per hour plus €3.44 Sunday premium and €20 night allowance.
