Deli Assistant – Full & Part Time (Castlebar)

About the role

Join Corrib Oil’s service station team in Castlebar as a Deli Assistant, working full‑time or part‑time. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high‑quality food while delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality food items efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and chilled products, under the direction of the Deli Manager.
• Maintain stock levels, portion control, and accurate inventory records.
• Ensure the work area and equipment are clean and comply with HACCP legislation.
• Promote the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme to every customer.
• Carry out deli checks as trained and uphold quality standards.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
