Deputy Store Manager – Tallaght

About the role

Join Lidl’s dynamic retail team as a Deputy Store Manager in the Tallaght area. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure a seamless, customer‑focused shopping experience and help drive the store’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day store operations.
• Maintain a target‑driven approach to key performance indicators.
• Manage, motivate and develop the store team.
• Ensure excellent shop‑floor presentation and merchandising standards.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and oversee inventory processes.
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Leaving certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Passion for meeting targets and deadlines.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is preferred but not essential.
