Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Executive will lead both the strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution of digital marketing and online retail initiatives. The role aims to boost brand visibility, drive customer engagement and improve commercial performance across corporate, consumer and product brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, identifying emerging trends and channels.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across social media, display, paid and organic search.
• Collaborate with brand teams to create and optimise digital content for websites, email and social platforms.
• Monitor website and campaign performance, analyse KPIs such as ROI, reach, traffic and conversion rates, and report insights to stakeholders.
• Design and execute online retail and marketplace strategies, expanding digital sales channels and enhancing product visibility.
• Work with external agencies and online retail partners to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Continuously improve product content and user experience on e‑commerce platforms.

• Proven experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal teams, agencies and retail partners.
