Digital Marketing Executive – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading commercial real estate organisation in Dublin City. Based in the CEO Office, you will own digital channels, produce engaging content and support senior leadership in shaping the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch content and marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and audience engagement across high‑profile projects.
• Create high‑quality visual and written content for digital channels, maintaining a premium brand identity.
• Manage and grow the organisation’s social media presence, identifying opportunities to increase reach and impact.
• Collaborate with the CEO Office and wider team to design campaigns and communications aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain and update content for social media, website, and the bespoke business app.
• Identify and implement new digital tools, platforms and formats to support the evolving digital strategy.
• Oversee optimisation of digital platforms, monitoring performance metrics and trends to refine content.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in content or brand marketing.
• Background in hospitality, premium brands or luxury goods is advantageous.
• Strong copywriting and visual content creation abilities.
• Proactive self‑starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
