Digital Performance Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Outset is seeking a technically strong, hands‑on Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to cover a maternity leave. The role will support paid media planning, campaign execution, analytics, tracking and reporting across a portfolio of client accounts, primarily in real‑estate and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Manage budgets, pacing and performance recommendations for multiple clients.
• Analyse data using GA4, Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Set up, QA and troubleshoot tracking tags, pixels, conversion events and UTM structures.
• Collaborate with client services, creative and development teams to ensure campaigns are properly planned, tracked and reported.
• Produce clear reports that translate performance data into actionable insights for clients.
• Support CRM, lead‑generation and conversion‑tracking workflows where applicable.
• Stay current with changes in paid‑media, analytics, privacy and digital‑marketing technology.

Required profile

• Analytical and curious mindset with a proactive approach to testing and process improvement.
• Comfortable moving between strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution.
• Strong communication skills to explain performance results to clients.
