Director, Facilities Management Site Lead

About the role

The Director FM Site Lead will oversee both hard and soft facilities management services for the IMSC BioCork manufacturing facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high‑quality workplace that supports Johnson & Johnson’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Champion delivery of standardized FM services across the site.
• Develop, lead, and manage the site FM team to meet quality, efficiency, budget, and EHS targets.
• Drive integration and alignment with internal functions and outsourced providers for seamless service delivery.
• Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and other J&J departments.
• Own vendor relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
• Implement and maintain business continuity and infrastructure management programs.
• Provide strategic FM input on capital and operational projects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Support project teams on capital and infrastructure initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Relevant experience in a supply‑chain environment such as engineering, maintenance, operations, or facilities management.
• Experience working with global FM functions, site teams, outsourced vendors, and regulatory agencies.
