Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Management

About the role

This senior position leads global talent acquisition and talent management for an international, mission‑driven organization. Based in Ireland and fully remote, the Director partners with executive leadership to design people strategies that attract, develop, engage and retain top talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational values and objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple regions, ensuring an efficient candidate experience.
• Define recruitment roles, responsibilities and best practices; train hiring managers and HR teams.
• Manage recruitment for key and executive‑level positions, delivering high‑quality talent solutions.
• Continuously improve talent acquisition tools, methodologies and employer branding initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, compensation structures, benefits benchmarking, succession planning and high‑potential programs.
• Evaluate and enhance performance management frameworks and learning & development initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to build HR analytics dashboards for informed talent decisions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change‑management efforts for new talent programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience in global talent acquisition and talent management, preferably at a senior leadership level.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong track record of building high‑performing, diverse teams in a remote or distributed environment.
