About the role
The Director, Project Portfolio Operations will lead decision‑making and business processes across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC). This senior position drives the achievement of strategic, operational and financial goals while continuously maturing portfolio management capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead decision‑making and business processes across J&J IMSC.
- Drive achievement of strategic, operational and financial objectives.
- Continuously mature portfolio management capabilities, including people, process and technology solutions.
Required profile
- Senior leadership experience in supply chain or portfolio operations.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive business improvement.
