EHR Training Lead

About the role

The EHR Training Lead will drive the training strategy for the Cúram Electronic Health Record implementation at UPMC Ireland. Working across Dublin and Kilkenny, you will ensure that both internal and external users are ready to use the system from day one and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of all training activities within the Cúram programme.
• Develop a comprehensive training strategy, roadmap and success metrics aligned with go‑live timelines.
• Create and deliver training content including eLearning modules, classroom guides, tip sheets, videos and quick‑reference tools.
• Manage a dedicated training team, train‑the‑trainer programme and a network of super users.
• Collaborate with workstream leads, operational leaders and third‑party suppliers to integrate training with change management, communications and clinical risk strategies.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling and staffing of training sessions in partnership with HR, IT and department heads.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading training programmes for large‑scale health‑IT implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across project leadership, operational teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to translate complex system design into practical, user‑focused training materials.
