Experienced Recruiter – 6‑month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Recruiter to join a well‑established organisation on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Working hybrid from Dublin, you will support the full recruitment life‑cycle across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver timely hiring solutions and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing recruitment advice and market insight.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, talent pooling and networking.
• Develop pipelines for niche and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Maintain requisitions, ensure compliance and data accuracy within the ATS.
• Produce regular recruitment activity reports and updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in in‑house or agency recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with an ATS; Workday experience is advantageous.
• Track record of successful direct sourcing and pipeline development.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
