Finance Lecturer for AI Training (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance lecturers and economists to help shape the way artificial intelligence understands financial markets, valuation, risk and economic theory. This fully remote, flexible contract allows you to work around your existing schedule while directly influencing the quality of next‑generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate finance‑related questions, answers and explanations used in AI training datasets.
• Assess the accuracy of core financial concepts such as valuation, risk, capital markets and economic theory.
• Identify errors, misconceptions and gaps in AI‑generated financial reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the depth and clarity of AI outputs.
• Apply teaching experience to flag common misunderstandings for both students and AI systems.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets or financial economics.
• Ability to critically evaluate written financial reasoning and explanations.
• Comfortable working through structured content systematically and at scale.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.

Required skills

• Data annotation workflow familiarity (nice to have).
