Fitness Coach – Group Training & Member Support

About the role

EXCAPE is looking for a full‑time Coach to join its on‑site team in Dublin. You will deliver high‑quality group training sessions, support members throughout their fitness journeys, and help create a motivating gym environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engaging group fitness classes and personal training sessions.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with members.
• Provide guidance, accountability, and feedback to help members achieve their goals.
• Maintain high standards of coaching delivery and safety.
• Contribute to overall member experience and retention.
• Collaborate with the wider EXCAPE team on gym operations and business growth.
