Fitness Coach - New Club Opening

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fitness Coach to join our new Everlast Gym location. You will work with a ready‑made client base, delivering personal training, MOVE sessions and group classes while helping members achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one personal training sessions and MOVE programmes.
• Lead group fitness and training classes.
• Participate in gym events, challenges and member onboarding activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support new member sales and retention.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner certification (or equivalent).
• Valid Public Liability Insurance.
• Passion for helping members improve their health and performance.
• Ability to build and grow a personal client base.

Required skills

• Personal training delivery.
• Group fitness instruction.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and MOVE methodology.
