Freelance No-Code Automation Workflow Specialist

About the role

Mindrift is seeking a Freelance No-Code Automation Workflow Specialist to support the Tendem project. You will design, evaluate, and optimise automation workflows that combine AI capabilities with SaaS tools, ensuring reliable and scalable processes for remote teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evaluate no‑code automation workflows across marketing, operations, and data pipelines.
• Build and optimise trigger/action automations using Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms.
• Integrate AI components into workflows to enhance decision logic and enrichment pipelines.
• Maintain accurate data synchronization between multiple SaaS systems.
• Analyse performance metrics and improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and refine automation logic for stability.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in no‑code automation, workflow design, or low‑code development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to design and manage complex automation systems across multiple platforms.
• Strong background in API integration, webhooks, and third‑party services.
• Experience building and scaling multi‑step workflows with reliable data outputs.
