Front Office Manager

About the role

The Limerick Strand Hotel is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead its Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services and Front Door teams. You will be the on‑duty manager in the absence of senior leadership, ensuring smooth, prompt and high‑quality service for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences.
• Oversee all front office operations, including scheduling, financial duties and shift management.
• Lead, train and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Implement innovative service approaches and monitor industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, GDPR and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee seamless guest service.
• Drive revenue through promotional and loyalty programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Front Office or hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a guest‑centric mindset.
• Thorough knowledge of hotel operations and local area.
• Commitment to upholding service standards, health & safety and company values.
