About the role

Villa Rose Hotel, a 4‑star family‑owned property in Ballybofey, is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a warm, efficient welcome.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage check‑in and check‑out processes.
  • Handle reservations and guest inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
  • Right to work in Ireland.
  • Good command of English.
