Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes within your designated kitchen section.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion sizes and presentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and waste management.
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Contribute ideas for menu development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Chef de Partie role within a busy hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
