Graphic Designer

About the role

Richmond is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the Head of Design as the company and its brand portfolio grow. The role will work closely with Brand and Marketing Managers, Sales teams and senior leadership to create visual assets for campaigns, trade‑point‑of‑sale materials, digital channels and the corporate website.

Key responsibilities

• Execute visual design across all Richmond brands, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards and retailer specifications.
• Produce on‑premise drinks menus, business cards, PowerPoint presentations and internal communications.
• Create print and digital assets such as POS materials, shelf strips, table tents, WOW displays and social‑media graphics.
• Support the production of motion assets and short‑form video content for social platforms.
• Localise global creative assets for the Irish market, adapting messaging and design to local requirements.
• Maintain brand information on the company website and assist with website updates.
• Collaborate with printers, production suppliers and external agencies to deliver print‑ready files.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, hospitality or a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, artwork setup and preparation of print‑ready files.
• Knowledge of POS, packaging and trade‑marketing design requirements.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective creative solutions.
