Group Digital Marketing Co‑Ordinator

About the role

The Group Digital Marketing Co‑Ordinator supports the Digital Marketing Director of MHL Hotel Collection in planning, executing and monitoring digital marketing initiatives across all hotel properties. The role ensures seamless communication between the digital team, hotel marketing and revenue teams, and external suppliers while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Digital Marketing Director with the planning and rollout of digital campaigns, promotions and projects for the entire hotel portfolio.
• Coordinate content updates for hotel websites, social media channels and email newsletters.
• Support the creation and maintenance of brand assets to guarantee consistent messaging.
• Manage relationships with digital system providers, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Maintain campaign schedules, meet deadlines and prepare performance reports.
• Perform administrative duties such as digital filing, email correspondence, database management, meeting and travel arrangements.
• Apply training on Monday.com, SharePoint and other internal tools to promote efficient usage.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes for the digital marketing team.
• Ensure the CRM system is up‑to‑date with all activities, documents and communications.
• Prepare presentations, reports and briefs for senior management.

Required skills

• Experience with Monday.com project management tool.
