Senior Experience Strategist

About the role

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Experience Strategist to lead experience, engagement and digital transformation initiatives for Life Sciences clients in Dublin. You will translate complex data, insights and business objectives into clear, measurable experience strategies that drive patient and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business objectives, data and insights into experience strategies, platforms and narratives.
• Own experience strategy across complex, multi‑channel engagements from vision to execution and optimization.
• Act as senior strategic partner to clients, leading conversations with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Collaborate with creative, CX, technology and delivery teams to ensure strategic intent is realized.
• Define cross‑channel measurement frameworks, KPIs and success metrics, using analytics to inform optimization.
• Shape experience and engagement thinking across digital, social and innovation initiatives in Life Sciences.
• Play a leading role in pitches, proposals and growth initiatives.
• Mentor junior strategists and contribute to capability building.
• Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory shifts and emerging opportunities in health and wellness.

Required profile

• Strong experience in CX, engagement or digital strategy, preferably within a creative or consulting‑led agency.
• Deep knowledge of Life Sciences, pharma or healthcare marketing and engagement models.
• Proven ability to lead strategy on complex, multi‑channel engagements.
• Strong analytical and insight‑driven thinking with the ability to turn data into clear strategic direction.
• Experience mentoring and influencing senior stakeholders.
