About the role
The Guest Experience Assistant will join the hospitality team at Luttrellstown Castle Resort, delivering exceptional service to guests in a historic luxury setting. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating memorable experiences throughout each guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle luggage assistance.
- Coordinate and fulfil guest requests, ensuring timely and personalized service.
- Support sales‑related activities, such as promoting resort amenities and events.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest areas.
- Act as a primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management to ensure smooth operations.
