Healthcare Project Manager – Advisory Consulting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join a growing Healthcare Advisory team. You will lead consulting projects from initiation to delivery, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive strategic and operational improvements in the Irish healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring scope, budget and timeline adherence.
• Engage with stakeholders, develop project plans and monitor risks.
• Conduct research, analysis and prepare reports and presentations for clients.
• Support business development activities and contribute to innovative healthcare solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare consulting or professional services.
• Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare system.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Relevant third‑level qualification.

Required skills

• Project management certification such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
