Healthcare Recruiter – Unlimited Commission & Base Salary

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Healthcare Recruiter to join Access Healthcare. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and placing healthcare professionals on shift assignments, earning a base salary plus uncapped commission from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals across our client network.
• Match candidates with appropriate shift opportunities and secure bookings.
• Support candidates through onboarding and their initial weeks on assignment.
• Maintain relationships to ensure ongoing shift work and continuous commission earnings.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven success in any industry, preferably in sales or recruitment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a drive to generate wealth.
• Excellent communication and resilience.
• EU/UK citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa.
