Hospitality Assistant – Customer Service & Guest Experience

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Compass Group Ireland. Working 39 hours per week on‑site, you will join a fast‑paced team that takes pride in its food, brand, and people.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and look after guests, ensuring they leave delighted.
• Serve customers with a seamless, personalised experience.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and make recommendations.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I positively and uphold brand standards.
• Comply with food handling, hygiene and health‑and‑safety regulations.
