HR Generalist – Sandyford (Fully Onsite)

About the role

This is a broad, hands‑on HR Generalist position offering strong exposure across the full employee lifecycle. You will work in a fast‑paced environment supporting operations, employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support managers and employees with day‑to‑day HR queries and guidance.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation reviews, contractual changes, and off‑boarding.
• Support recruitment activities such as advertising roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with payroll administration, compensation, and benefits support.
• Coordinate learning and development activities across the business.
• Support Health & Safety compliance and facility‑related queries.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation.
• Recognised HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) or progress towards one.
• Comfortable working in a busy, operational environment.
• Experience using HR systems, Oracle, and Microsoft Office.
