About the role
Lilly’s Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management team is seeking an IAM SecOps Engineer focused on PKI and Encryption. In this position you will help design, operate, and secure public key infrastructure and encryption services that protect enterprise resources worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Develop technical specifications, design patterns, and standards‑as‑code for PKI and encryption capabilities.
- Design and maintain certificate authority hierarchies, issuance and renewal workflows, and key management processes.
- Operate hardware security modules (HSM) and enforce cryptographic policies.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve certificate lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cybersecurity colleagues to align solutions with enterprise security strategy.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of PKI concepts, certificate lifecycle, and encryption technologies.
- Experience working in a security operations environment.
- Ability to translate threat landscape insights into actionable technical improvements.
