Implementation Consultant – Fintech

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join a high‑performing fintech software business. You will combine strong technical capability with client‑facing confidence to guide global clients through complex system implementations and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements and business processes.
• Configure and tailor enterprise software solutions to meet customer needs.
• Support implementation phases, testing, and go‑live activities.
• Write and execute test cases, validate data, and manage change requests.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance product functionality.
• Resolve client queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear solutions.
• Support integrations, data workflows, and system configurations.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a technical, consulting, or fintech‑related role.
• Exposure to financial services, fund accounting, or investment operations is highly beneficial.
• Strong data handling abilities and a genuine interest in AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong organisational skills.
