Inside Sales Representative – Dutch/French Speaker

About the role

NetApp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive new customer acquisition and growth in Belgium. The role focuses on outbound and inbound prospecting, qualifying leads and positioning NetApp’s hybrid‑cloud and data solutions. You will work closely with channel, marketing and technical teams to build and manage your pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and cross‑selling through phone, email and digital outreach.
• Prospect inbound and outbound leads to generate qualified pipeline and discover customer needs.
• Communicate NetApp’s value propositions across multiple use cases.
• Collaborate with channel partners to deliver proposals and ensure seamless customer experience.
• Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of inside‑sales experience or related field, with full pipeline ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to influence and persuade.
• Experience using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms for pipeline and activity tracking.
