International Buyer – Procurement & Vendor Management

About the role

We are seeking an innovative Buyer to join our global procurement team. The role involves managing purchase orders, negotiating with international suppliers, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. Fluency in English and one additional language (Spanish, French, Italian or German) is required.

Key responsibilities

• Place purchase orders with worldwide vendors and ensure timely receipt.
• Liaise daily with Customer Service, Fulfilment, Finance and Product teams to resolve PO exceptions.
• Conduct contract reviews and renewals on an ongoing basis.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives with global suppliers.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to secure best‑in‑class practices.
• Review procurement inventory exceptions to prevent stock‑outs.
• Support the optimisation of internal and external procurement procedures and turnaround times.
• Resolve vendor‑related issues and audit vendor information.
• Drive vendor business reviews and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Contribute to projects, process improvements and experimentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience negotiating with global vendors.
• Proven ability to deliver win‑win solutions and respect for all stakeholders.
• Interest in applying AI‑driven solutions to procurement challenges.
• Strong analytical and project‑management capabilities.
• Business‑related degree (IIPMM or equivalent) or comparable experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Microsoft Word and Outlook.
