Irish Speaking Recruiter (Part-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Irish‑speaking Recruiter (20 hours per week) to support hiring for our Gaelscoils across Ireland. The role is ideal for someone passionate about people, highly organised and fluent in Irish. Full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment for all Gaelscoil locations.
• Advertise vacancies on multiple platforms.
• Screen applications and coordinate interview schedules.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems.
• Assist with onboarding and compliance documentation.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Perform general recruitment administration duties.

Required profile

• Fluent Irish speaker (essential).
• Previous recruitment, administration, customer service or HR experience desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Friendly, proactive and professional attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about supporting schools and childcare services.
• Willingness to complete Garda vetting and provide a police certificate if required.
