IT Support Technician – Customer‑Facing Role

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician who will ensure technical and quality standards are met while delivering high customer satisfaction. You will work directly with clients to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions, minimizing operational disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify problems and develop technical solutions.
• Respond to or escalate support calls within defined timeframes.
• Install, configure, and maintain client systems such as PCs and mobile phones.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, spotting opportunities to expand service agreements.
• Assist in creating test and repair processes.
• Liaise with help desks and support centers.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a field service representative or similar role.
• Experience managing and preserving technical equipment.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective time‑management and teamwork skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications.

Required skills

• PC hardware installation and maintenance.
• Mobile device (smartphone/tablet) troubleshooting.
